The LEXAL 4.75 DA DRILLING JAR is a fully hydraulic, double-acting jar designed for challenging drilling environments, featuring high-strength alloy steel construction and a large fluid reservoir for sustained jarring in ultra-deepwater applications.
The LEXAL HT 700 DRILLING SUITE includes a 7″ High Torque Double Acting Hydraulic Jar and Drilling Energizer, designed to handle higher torsional ratings and optimized performance in extended reach wells.
The 500 SADJ and 700 SADJ are High Torque Single Acting Drilling Jars designed specifically for today’s RSS BHAs. These jars allow the operator to place a Jar at the top of an RSS BHA without concern for inadvertently firing down and damaging the BHA components. Placing it at the top of the BHA allows for immediate jarring at the stuck point if the BHA becomes stuck, increasing retrieval success rates.
The Lexal Oil Tools String Saver is a high torque, mechanically activated, controlled release tool. This tool allows operators to decrease risk and improve economics by introducing a predetermined backoff point into their Workstring. By allowing the operator to back off without the need for traditional wireline explosive backoff operations or for circulation, decisions can be made in real time and risk can be reduced.
